Contacting the same candidates through 3-4 recruitment firms on the same position doesn’t create very positive image about your company. In addition, if there are 3-4 agencies doing campaigns fairly and in the right way and at the same time for the same position… it is a huge waste of resources. Usually at the end of the day, none of them is doing the campaigns in sufficient manner and intensity. So you, as a client, are losing to reach the full potential of the market in that given period of time.

PRELIMINARY OFFER FOR:
– Fee includes: consulting + multichannel campaigns + recruiting/headhunting + predisposition diagnostics + context check + candidate selection.
– Fee as a multiple of gross monthly income (GMI): 2,5 x GMI (or minimum amount depending on position).
– 50% of the fee paid before start + 50% after candidates is hired but latest 30 calendar days after end of search (providing the selected candidates profiles)
– 4-months replacement guarantee to find alternative candidates: But this option is not needed if the “BEFORE WE START” part is done well.
